The dragonfly adorns Dare To Dabble, LLC. as a symbol of transformation and personal growth. The dragonfly begins life as a vulnerable aquatic nymph before rising as an airborne adult, liberated by a new sense of self-awareness and fresh perspective as it takes flight.

Our beloved dragonfly also reminds us of a special young woman who fiercely fought cancer three times before losing her battle at 25 years old. During her short life she was present in each moment and used her time to make a difference in the lives of other children who shared her same blight. She embraced the vulnerability of her disease and the epic challenges of her life sustaining treatment with grace and adaptability, much like the emerging dragonfly. And like the dragonfly she has risen and is liberated from the vessel that made her vulnerable and sick. All of which making her free to visit us, watch over and guide us and even touch down upon us as she so profoundly did with Kim.
